cool finds on the blogdom.

every now and again, i like to post a commercial message for some of the blogs i have happened to fumble myself into because they are a treat to read...here's a couple links i am now checking in with on a daily basis, i hope they don't mind being given the nod; i find them worthy and you probably will, as well.

vox lauri describes herself as
Holden Caulfield: past 30, living as a married Catholic woman, conservative, edgy, angst-ridden,librarian coping with life and blindness. A log of my days here, imbued with a sarcastic, self-effacing tint that is sometimes funny odd, sometimes funny ha, ha
i found her post on sunday to be funny, as in "ha, ha."

ayekah at the soul sings is another eclectic Catholic lady (who i found through my new pallie regina claire jane at i still see a spark in you). ayekah had a very touching post dolly's prayer for madeline that was a painting she placed the following comment under:
Prayers come in all forms. When my close friends infant daughter was seriously ill, I had everyone who had been praying for them write a thought or prayer for them, which I then put in an album and took with me when I went to help out. My friend Dolly painted her prayer for Madeline. What a wonderful way to pray!
i couldn't agree more :)
