heart connectedness

there are a lot of folks i know or have met through blogging or message boards that truly mean a lot to me. i have developed *phone* friendships that have extended to *snail mail* friendships and *gift-making* relationships, cards and letters, cds and ceramics, potentiall knitting... they are all good, they all edify my life.

all this post is about is that if you know someone who has just received unfortunate news about a loved one...is struggling with their faith...is dealing with a devastating break-up...or whose writings simply resonate with you: TELL THEM.

go ahead. put yourself out there. if you are familiar enough with them, call; if you fail to have the *right* words, it doesn't matter. sometimes, your friend simply needs to hear a voice that cares...if you are not familiar enough to call, then by all means, email. tell them that you appreciate what they do in their writings, let them know you are praying for them, tell them you miss them when they aren't around. it won't hurt a bit, really.

for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks...let your heart be heard.
