for my real-life friend neil tonight as he auditions tonight to be a sommelier for a pretty well-known restaurant owner that just moved into the area. i think he just wants to say the word sommelier over and over again, but i digress.

(i am just hoping bobby flay doesn't read his racy reviews on his blog prior to his audition...then again, it might be a selling point!)
