i did not get a chip tonight

as this group does not do the sobriety recognition chips, either. i was a bit sad realizing i won't get one until Sunday (with God's help) but i got a lot from my meeting, regardless.

even better than a chip, however, was what awaited me when i arrived home:
the first picture of my grandchild - also known as "One Major Reason I Desire Sobriety."
