odds & endings

had a way-cool night - went to dinner and then to borders and picked up some more new Christian music. i rarely listen with those headphones they have because of a news article i read about the transmission of head lice (!), but they have a new system where you put the barcode of the cd under the scanner and you can listen to any of the songs on the cd prior to buying it. i know, it doesn't do away with the critter infection possibility, but i threw caution to the wind and did it anyway. i listened to and bought for the first time building 429 and cds by derek webb and the afters; got jars of clay "who we are instead," and david crowder band. i'll be writing reviews later.

no, i won't. i don't do reviews. but i'll let you know if they groove for God or not :)

also got the book - do you hear what i hear? by minna proctor, which book is about "religious calling, the priesthood, and my father." i read about the first chapter and was captivated. maybe i'll review that?

no. highly doubtful. but i'll let you know if i aspire to be an episcopalian priest when i am finished.

i led stations of the Cross today after mass and it can be found on (one of my) other blog(s) on being mary, mary.

yeah, i wrote a review.

peace, love & hugs.
