i have found some of the most amazing comments on my blog for quite some time and some of them have been from people who either (a) do not have a blog, or (b) do not link to their blog.

i am assuming that (a) is the case.

for this specific reason, i would like to offer my blog as a chance to spotlight something you have always wanted to share with the blogging community but have never been able to do so because you do not have a blog or the time or inclination to begin one.

or maybe you are shy and are uncertain of how things would be perceived?

perhaps you only seek here and never even respond in the comments box?

well, please -- allow me to be your quintessential *blog hostess* and offer my space, free of charge or judgment....this is your chance, have your voice heard! many of you have said some wonderful things and i do not wish to embarrass or harass anyone into participating in this project by naming names....pray about it first and then reply to me either in the comments box here on this thread or email me at pdaulerio(at)comcast(dot)net of your desire and the thread you would like to have posted.

here's what i promise:

1. to respond to everyone who seeks to participate in my project.

2. the only editorial license i will take with your piece is simply to make sure it is not ungodly or pornographic (oh, as if i have any readers like that here :); and

3. i enjoy art (as you already know) - please label your piece as to whether i can add an appropriate piece of artwork to your writing if i feel moved to do so. you have my permission to scroll through my archives to see what kind of taste i have; i will not be offended if you do not desire my services.

are you ready to dismiss with your anonimity, once for all? please consider this an open invitation to all *non*bloggers and *seekers/lurkers* - it can be an opinion piece, it can be a short story, an essay. whatever you desire it to be, here is your chance to do so on my humble little place in cyberspace :)

depending upon the response, it is my hope to spotlight new bloggers once a week, so your writing will not be lost in the shuffle. i will also be adding a permanent link to your post on my sidebar for posterity's sake and will forward all feedback i receive by email to your attention, the good, the uplifting, the encouraging. i believe with the encouragement and feedback you will receive from this loving, lovely group of friends i have here, you will reconsider your decision not to have a blog to call your very own!
