i have done something a little different with my masthead - i have highlighted the photography of Dorothea Lange.

i honestly do not know much about her but have come to the conclusion that i need to know more. she captured the essence of the years of the depression on the faces of the men, women, and children who saw poverty first hand. i just read a quote of hers that said "This is what we did. How did it happen? How could we?"

my question is, 60 years later - "How can it continue to and through this day?"

she is the first official "artist o' the masthead."
