this is actually a segue from a comment i just made in a previous thread, but i thought i'd pose this for our Lenten Question O' the Day:

how do you find Jesus in the people who are hardest to find Jesus in?

if we are all made in the image and likeness of God and we all know this as bible believing Christians -- for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, 'For we are also His offspring.' (Acts 17:28 NKJV) -- why is it we find it so difficult to love our brothers as ourselves?

if i stopped for one moment the other day and considered these things -- instead of taking into account a particular co-employee's personality and attitude -- would things not have fared better for me in the end? (although i learned a valuable lesson....)

how do you grasp onto the holy despite the unholy or ungodly behavior of a fellow human human being?

So God created man in His own image;
in the image of God He created him;
male and female He created them....
